Fresh, healthy and delicious produce.
“We believe connection with their food and trusting relationship with the farmers who produce it.”

Fair Fields is a family run market garden located on a scenic farm near Neustadt, Ontario. They grow a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, cut flowers and small fruits. They also keep bees and hope to expand this operation in future years.

At Fair Fields we aim to provide fresh, healthy and delicious produce.  Our farming practices improve the health of the soil and the neighbouring woods, springs and pond.  In future years, we plan to use draft horses for field power and soil fertility.  We practice organic production techniques and sell all of our products locally, mostly through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program.

We believe everyone should have a connection with their food and trusting relationship with the farmers who produce it.  This is why we sell direct, are open about our production techniques, and share and teach about farming and food issues.  “We invite members, friends and family to get to know the farm and each other. “
